Birmingham Children’s Partnership – Message from the Selly Oak Early Help Team

Hello from the Early Help Team – Selly Oak Locality!

Birmingham Children’s Partnership has set up new early help support in ten localities to support children and families.  We started off in response to Covid-19 but now want to make the localities and early help permanent.  So, we’re here to help families during the pandemic and we’re here for the coming years.

Each locality is led by a voluntary sector lead. If you are working with a family then please get in touch and connect to see what partners and the community can offer.

Here are some examples of the services we can offer or direct to:
Local food banks
School uniform swap shop
Fuel vouchers (gas & electricity)
Information, Advice and Guidance

We offer our own food bank at Billesley Ark on Mondays and Fridays.

In addition to this, Food on Our Doorstep runs from Billesley Ark on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We are a friendly, approachable team and are just a phone call away and once the pandemic is over our doors will reopen to welcome you in person.
