Maths: Parental Involvement
We are lucky to have so many enthusiastic parents wanting to support children with Maths learning but we appreciate that Maths has changed quite a bit in the last few years and can sometimes be taught differently to how parents learned it! To help with this, we run Maths workshops and learning bites so parents can see our approaches to teaching maths. Please also keep an eye on the maths area of the website for lots more information and support ideas. The best support parents can provide is to help children become fluent in addition and subtraction facts and multiplication tables. See Fact Fluency section.
Please ask your child’s class teacher or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you require any additional support.
