Hollywood Golfers from Y3/4 and Y5/6 both had a great time @KingsHeathSP tri golf event both finishing 2nd. Well Done.

Congratulations to Hollywood's newest and proudest lunchtime PALs (Playground Activity Leaders). AKA Playleaders. These Y5's have spent a year working with KS1 at playtime. Well deserved.

CHAMPIONS! With mad hair. Y5 in fading light ran through the opposition to be crowned South Birmingham Champions without conceding a goal and getting 11 of their own. Awesome effort.

There has been lots of cross curricular learning on World Maths Day today across the school. We've been using Lego as a measuring tool in year 1, investigating parallel lines linked to OS map symbols in year 3 topic and graphing data in year 5 science.

On Tuesday Hollywood participated in a @KingsHeathSP tennis competition. Some children were representing school for the first time. All had fun and played well. We got a 4th in y3/4 and 3rd in y5/6. Well done.
